The Ejar program has launched the electronic real estate unit handover and delivery service to enable rental process parties to document the unit’s condition upon receipt and delivery. This is achieved through electronic forms that are filled out and approved electronically by rental contract parties on the "Sakani" platform.

The program explained in its press statement today that the real estate unit handover and delivery service aims to enhance the rental process and safeguard the rights of all involved parties. The service is considered an added value to the residential rental real estate sector, with its implementation initially launched on an optional basis in the residential sector. Plans are underway to expand its use to the commercial sector. 

Ejar confirmed that services of this kind are designed to reduce risks, enhance transparency, and increase trust between tenants and landlords. They also aim to raise competition levels in rental service provision, improve service quality, regulate the rental process, ensure effective governance, and simplify rental procedures while documenting them electronically. As a result, disputes between rental parties are reduced, particularly those related to unit handover and delivery, which are among the most common cases in the real estate rental sector.

It is worth noting that the Ejar network has introduced numerous electronic features and services. These include simplifying the mechanism for registering new contracts with easy and flexible steps, authenticating contracts electronically through the network, and providing diverse payment channels for rental installments, such as  "Mada" and "SADAD," along with balance recharging options. Beneficiaries can also make partial payments. In addition, strategic partnerships have been established with other entities, most recently with the National Water Company, enabling the transfer of water billing accounts under the name of the actual rental unit user.
