This service facilitates the renewal process for rental contracts that have expired or are nearing expiration between the landlord and tenant. Either party can submit a request to renew the rental contract.

Automatic Renewal

This feature is activated when a residential or commercial rental contract is registered, according to the agreement between the two parties. The rental contract will be renewed automatically before its expiration date.

Rental Contract Renewal Process

1. Log in to the beneficiary's account on Ejar.

2. Select the contract to be renewed from the list of contracts ready for renewal.

3. Review the contract details.

4. Send the contract to the other party for acceptance and renewal confirmation.

5. The other party logs into their account on Ejar and accepts the renewal (rental contract renewal).

6. Enter the verification code sent to the registered mobile number in the Absher platform.

Automatic Renewal Process

- If there is a balance in the wallet, the renewal fee will be automatically deducted 60 days before the contract expiration date.

- If there is insufficient balance, the wallet must be topped up by following these steps:

1. The landlord logs into their account on Ejar.

2. Navigate to account management and select the wallet.

3. Click on "Top up your wallet."

4. Choose the appropriate package or enter the amount and click next.

5. Select one of the available payment methods (SADAD / Mada /ApplePay ).

6. The wallet is successfully topped up.

7. The renewal fee will be automatically deducted 60 days before the contract expiration date.
