The Ministry also reserves the right to share data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law and the Data Governance Policy issued by the Saudi Data and AI Authority.

Article Four: Disclaimer:

  • The services or information obtained from or through the website are provided "as is" and "as available". Accordingly, the Ministry shall not, under any circumstances, be liable for any direct or indirect damages or any technical failure in any of the systems used due to force majeure that may cause harm to the visitor/user.

Article Five: Account Information:

  • If you are provided with, or choose, a username, password, or any other information as part of the website security procedures, you must treat this information as confidential. Accordingly, you must refrain from disclosing or assigning it to others.
  • The Ministry or its representatives may, as deemed appropriate, disable account information at any time if any terms of use are not complied with, or if the competent authorities request suspension of the service for the user.
  • You must notify the Ministry or its representatives immediately through the available channels in the Ejar network if you know or suspect that your username or password is known to someone else.

Article Six: Links and Resources Available on the Website:

If the website contains links to other websites and resources provided by third parties, these links are provided for reference only. The contents of those websites or resources are not under the control or responsibility of the Ejar network.

Article Seven: Intellectual Property Rights:

  • All website contents, including but not limited to content, organization, charts, design, compilation, electronic translation, digital conversion, and other matters related to the website, are protected under intellectual property and trade name laws.

Final Article: General Provisions:

  • The website administration reserves the right to amend or change these controls, terms, and conditions as it deems appropriate for its objectives without direct notice to the user/visitor. The continued use of the website/network services by the visitor or user shall be deemed acceptance of those amendments.
  • The Ministry or its representatives reserve their legal and financial rights regarding any illegal use of the website, any use that violates the terms of use, or any behavior that would disrupt, damage, or harm the website or the network content.
