Select the contracts menu.
Register a new commercial rental contract.

Proceed to the following sections and fill in the data to register the contract:

Contract duration.
Property and unit details.
Contract parties' details.
Financial details.
Terms and conditions.
The user reviews the contract and agreement before sending it for approval.
The user proceeds to pay the fees.
The user acknowledges financial and legal disclaimers, then continues to review the agreement.
Additionally, the parties can add special terms (additional clauses and conditions) to the contract, but this will void the contract's status as an enforceable instrument.
