A service that enables the lessor, tenant, or their legal representatives to register a commercial, residential, agricultural, or industrial paper contract in the Ejar leasing network when one of the parties refuses to document the contract in Ejar. This allows the affected party to file financial claims before the competent judicial authorities based on the paper contract.

Log in to the Ejar platform and select Rental Incidents from the main menu, then click on Register New Rental Incident.
Review the service requirements and click Next.
Enter and upload the required information:(Applicant information- Information about the refusing party -Contract duration- Property and unit details- Reason for refusal to authenticate- Brokerage office details- Required documents)
1. If the applicant is the lessor, upload:
  1. A complete paper contract
  2. Property ownership deed
2. If the applicant is the tenant, upload:
  1. A complete paper contract

4. After completing all fields, click Submit.

1.Create an account for the applicant if no existing Ejar account is found.

2.Enter the contract information along with the paper lease contract.

3.Applicant information.

4.Information of the refusing party.

5.Title deed information — mandatory if the applicant is the lessor, optional if the applicant is the tenant.

6.The applicant must be one of the parties to the contract or their representative, with the legal representation document attached if the applicant is a representative.

7.Register the property unit address.

8.Sufficient wallet balance must be available in the applicant’s Ejar wallet.

Is the rental incident canceled once the contract is authenticated in Ejar?

Yes. When the contract is authenticated and the broker enters the incident number during contract creation, the incident is canceled, and the incident fee is refunded.

Can the applicant save and complete the incident later?

Yes. The incident can be saved as a draft for 7 business days, after which the request will be automatically closed.

Can I register an incident for a contract duration different from the paper contract?

No. The request will be rejected by the Operations Team if the entered duration does not match the paper contract

Can the incident be viewed through the Najiz portal?

The rental incident can be inquired through the Najiz portal for authenticated rental incidents only.

Can an authenticated incident be canceled?

A documented rental incident cannot be canceled .
