Steps to Complete the Service:

Steps to register a residential rental contract on the Ejar network through the real estate office's account are as follows:

From the main interface, select the Contracts Menu.
Then, choose Register a New Residential Rental Contract, where the residential rental contract registration screen will appear.

In addition to specifying the contract duration, there are 5 main sections that must be completed to issue the contract:

The user can review and verify the full contract details before sending it for certification by the parties:

After the real estate broker enters the contract details, the contract must be sent to the parties for electronic certification. This is done through the following steps:
- Preview the contract before sending it for certification or download the contract.
- Review the real estate brokerage agreement.
- Pay the financial fee for the contract and acknowledge the disclaimer.
- Send the contract for certification.

(The electronic rental contract serves as an enforceable instrument, similar to a financial document that requires payment. It does not require filing a lawsuit but allows direct recourse to the enforcement court.)

For the Lessor:

Valid ID.
Property ownership documents.
Mobile number registered in Absher.
Bank account (IBAN) if the payment channel is through the Sadad system.

For the Tenant:

Valid ID.
Mobile number registered in Absher.

For the Real Estate Broker:

The broker must hold a valid Saudi national ID.
The brokerage firm must have a valid commercial registration that includes " Real estate brokerage " as the main activity , and the following activities can be added as sub-activities:
1. Management and leasing of owned or leased residential properties.
2. Management and leasing of owned or leased non-residential properties.
3. Property management activities for a commission.
The firm's address must be registered in the National Address service provided by Saudi Post.
Completion of the training course for qualifying real estate brokers before starting the process of concluding rental contracts.
