The Electronic Rental Services Network “Ejar” announced that it has registered over three million rental contracts in the network, encompassing both residential and commercial contracts, since the launch of the program. This comes as the program continues to enhance and develop the services it provides to beneficiaries.

In a press statement, the program emphasized that reaching this unprecedented number of authenticated contracts is the result of continuous improvement in its services, simplified procedures, and streamlined operations. This growth also reflects the program’s commitment to safeguarding the rights of all parties involved in the rental process through standardized contracts and verified electronic financial transactions. Furthermore, strategic partnerships and digital integrations with numerous entities have enriched the user experience for all stakeholders in the real estate rental sector—including tenants, landlords, and certified real estate brokers.

“Ejar” clarified that its ongoing efforts to enhance the network, improve its services, and introduce new features are aimed at elevating the real estate rental sector, increasing its efficiency, simplifying rental processes and procedures, and contributing to a secure contractual environment. The upgraded “Ejar” network offers numerous electronic features, most notably a simplified and flexible process for registering new contracts, direct electronic contract authentication via the network, and multiple payment options for rental payments and account balance top-ups.

It is noteworthy that in January, “Ejar” achieved record numbers in authenticated contracts through the Electronic Rental Services Network, with over 165,000 residential and commercial contracts documented. This marks an increase of 57% compared to the average number of contracts recorded in January 2021, with a daily average of nearly 5,500 contracts.
