Within the projects aimed at introducing the "Ejar" program in all regions of the Kingdom, the Ejar team conducted an "Ejar Network" workshop hosted by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Al-Baha City, held on 11 Rajab 1439 AH, corresponding to 28 March 2018.

The workshop was attended by the Chairman of the Al-Baha Chamber Board, Saeed Al-Ghamdi; Secretary-General of the Al-Baha Chamber, Abdul Rahman Sharaf Al-Zahrani; Chairman of the Real Estate Committee in Al-Baha Chamber, Yahya Abu Ras; Director of Public Relations and Media in Al-Baha Chamber, Thamer Al-Ghamdi; and the Director of the Ministry of Housing Branch in Al-Baha, Engineer Othman Al-Zahrani.

The workshop targeted all those involved in the Ejar program, particularly real estate brokers due to their role in carrying out the documentation of rental contracts on the "Ejar" electronic network. It explained documentation methods, highlighted the benefits of using the network, and outlined the role of the unified rental contract in ensuring the rights of all rental process parties. It also introduced the procedures for accrediting real estate brokerage establishments in Ejar through electronic registration on the Ejar website and demonstrated how tenants and lessors can locate the nearest accredited real estate broker by downloading the Real Estate Brokers application connected to the Ejar electronic network.

Ejar provides many advantages for all parties involved in the rental process, including creating job opportunities in the real estate brokerage sector, organizing and enriching the rental field, and offering benefits for tenants and lessors such as guaranteeing payments, enabling partial payment and rent installment options, arbitrating maintenance costs, and supporting those who struggle to pay rent through a preventive program to avoid default and a remedial program to compensate those affected.

The organization of the rental sector through the Ejar program contributes to numerous advantages on a national level, such as balancing supply and demand to achieve fair prices, linking with various government entities to enhance national security, and providing improved services through multiple government channels.

This workshop is part of an ongoing series of workshops held across all regions of the Kingdom, starting in the central, western, and eastern regions, to ensure the compliance of real estate brokers with regulations and laws.
