Within the workshops organized by the "Ejar" program in all regions of the Kingdom to enable real estate brokers to use the Ejar electronic network, a workshop on "Ejar Electronic Network" was held on 26 Jumada Al-Akhirah 1439 AH, corresponding to 14 March 2018, at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry headquarters in Jazan.

The workshop was attended by Deputy Governor of Jazan for Development and Chairman of the Tourism and Investment Committee in Jazan region, Ali Abdu Al-Jubaili; Director of the Ministry of Housing Branch in Jazan, Engineer Ibrahim bin Nasser Akiri; Secretary-General of Jazan Chamber, Dr. Majed Ibrahim Al-Johari; Chairman of the Real Estate Committee in Jazan Chamber, Mohammed Ahmed Al-Attas; and Director of Branch Management in the Ejar program, Engineer Majed Ghallab Al-Omari. 

The Ejar program work team participated in enabling real estate brokers and those interested in the program to learn about "Ejar," its electronic network usage methods, and its advantages serving all rental process parties, including the tenant, lessor, and real estate broker. The unified rental contract, treated as an executive instrument, was introduced, which reduces potential disputes or ensures their swift resolution by going directly to the execution court. Methods of including contracts and documenting units in the network were explained, as well as how Ejar provides numerous services and advantages to all parties, such as guaranteeing both tenant and lessor rights, arbitration in maintenance costs, electronic payment options, and rent installment services, in addition to safeguarding both parties from potential disputes. The workshop also highlighted the advantages offered to real estate brokers, including the protection of brokerage rights, organization of work through electronic archiving of all rental process stages, and enabling investment in the real estate rental sector, which contributes to providing competitive services at better prices.

Ejar had launched the "Real Estate Brokers" application, which allows both tenants and lessors to locate the nearest accredited real estate broker registered with Ejar. The application also enables users to report violations by real estate brokerage establishments, including cases such as failing to include the unified contract in the Ejar electronic network.

It is worth noting that this workshop is part of ongoing efforts to introduce the Ejar network across various regions of the Kingdom. It follows several workshops targeting the central, western, and eastern regions, as well as other regions, including the recently held Tabuk region workshop. These efforts aim to empower real estate brokers to ensure better service delivery and proper application of regulations and laws that protect the rights of all rental process parties.
