Within workshops provided by "Ejar" in all regions of the Kingdom, a workshop on "Ejar Network" was held on 19 Jumada Al-Akhirah 1439 AH, corresponding to 7 March 2018, at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry headquarters in Tabuk city.

The workshop was opened by the Chairman of the Real Estate Committee at Tabuk Chamber, Dr. Saeed Jubran Al-Qahtani, and attended by the Director of the Ministry of Housing Branch in Tabuk, Engineer Ismail Ata Allah Al-Mas’oudi; the Branch Management Director in Ejar Network, Engineer Majed Ghallab Al-Omari; and Tabuk Chamber Secretary, Mansour Mohammed Al-Yami.

The workshop aims to introduce and enable real estate brokers and those interested in the Ejar electronic network to use the electronic platform, learn about the mechanism for safeguarding the rights of all parties, and understand the advantages offered by the Ejar Network to all rental process parties, including the tenant, lessor, and real estate broker, through the unified rental contract, which is treated as an executive instrument contributing to reducing or swiftly resolving potential disputes. This ensures numerous advantages, particularly the benefit of agreed-upon provisions in line with unified rental contract conditions, in addition to organizing real estate brokerage work through the electronic network. Ejar also provides many services, such as electronic reporting on violations by real estate brokerage establishments via the "Real Estate Brokers" application, covering cases including refusal by a broker to include a unified rental contract on the electronic network, or reporting violations such as employing a non-Saudi person, among other breaches.

Ejar team engaged in discussions with attendees and addressed various inquiries. The workshop concluded with the recognition of several real estate brokers for their efforts and collaboration in improving the use of the "Ejar Electronic Network," with Branch Management Director in Ejar, Majed Al-Omari, presenting them with certificates of appreciation.

It is worth noting that this workshop is part of ongoing efforts to introduce the Ejar Network across the Kingdom. It follows several workshops previously conducted in the central, western, and eastern regions, contributing to empowering real estate brokers, particularly in using the electronic network to conduct rental contract inclusion, register title deeds, and document residential units electronically, while also gathering broker feedback to further develop the network to better serve all parties in the rental process.
