- Click the link included in the Ejar evaluation message sent after contract documentation and complete the evaluation.
- Log in to Ejar and follow these steps:
- Select “Rate Your Rental Experience”.
- All evaluation surveys assigned to the user will appear.
- Upon selecting a survey, the screen will display:
• Information on all rental process parties
• Property and unit details
• Evaluation questions - Answer the questions and click Submit.
- A confirmation message will appear indicating successful submission.

- Survey status will change from Not Evaluated to Evaluated
