Ejar program representatives, in the presence of the General Supervisor of Real Estate Regulation, His Excellency Mr. Mazen bin Mohammed Al-Dawood, welcomed more than 700 real estate brokers, with notable female participation, during a workshop held in Riyadh city on Thursday, 8/9/1439 AH, corresponding to 24 May 2018.

This workshop is part of the "Ejar" program’s efforts to reach the largest possible number of real estate brokers across all regions of the Kingdom, where a comprehensive and detailed presentation was delivered about the "Ejar" program and the services it provides, including the Electronic Network for Rental Services, in addition to several advantages offered to all parties involved in the rental process.

Following this, a presentation was given explaining the steps of the rental process, starting from registration in the network as an accredited real estate broker and concluding with the process of documenting the unified rental contract. This was followed by an explanation of the role of supervision and oversight of real estate brokerage establishments to ensure that they are free from violations and operate in accordance with regulations and laws. These include obtaining accreditation through the "Ejar" network and adhering to the requirement of registering rental contracts in the Electronic Network for Rental Services, in addition to implementing the Saudization of the real estate brokerage profession.

Those responsible for the Ejar program also emphasized their commitment to listening to suggestions and feedback from real estate brokers.

It should be noted that "Ejar" provides a number of advantages for all parties involved in the rental process, including tenants, lessors, and real estate brokers. The electronic rental contract is recognized as an executive instrument that can be directly enforced through the Execution Court, which helps reduce potential disputes and ensures their swift resolution. Among the benefits of the "Ejar" network are electronic payment services and the issuance of electronic receipts and payment vouchers, all of which contribute to simplifying the rental process and providing secure and reliable payment solutions.

Additionally, Ejar has launched the "Real Estate Brokers" application, which enables both tenants and lessors to locate the address of the nearest accredited real estate broker registered with Ejar. The application also provides a reporting service to file complaints regarding violations by real estate brokerage establishments.
