Within the workshops provided by the "Ejar" program across various regions of the Kingdom to introduce the program, a workshop on the "Ejar Electronic Network" was held on 19 Rajab 1439 AH, corresponding to 4 April 2018, at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry headquarters in Al-Ahsa city.

The workshop was attended by members of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry and representatives of the Ejar program. The workshop aimed to introduce methods for using the Electronic Network for Rental Services and to demonstrate how to benefit from real estate broker outputs and their accreditation procedures as certified brokers in "Ejar," through electronic registration on the "Ejar" website. The workshop also highlighted the program’s key advantages and the services it provides to all rental process parties, particularly in guaranteeing rights and offering added services. It introduced the unified rental contract, which is treated as an executive instrument, reducing potential disputes or ensuring their quick resolution by going directly to the execution court.

It is worth noting that "Ejar" offers the "Real Estate Brokers" application, which allows both tenants and lessors to locate the nearest accredited real estate broker registered in "Ejar." The application also allows reporting violations by real estate brokerage establishments, such as failure to include the unified contract in the Ejar electronic network.

This workshop is part of ongoing efforts to introduce the Ejar network across various regions of the Kingdom. It was preceded by several workshops targeting the central, western, and eastern regions and other areas, contributing to enabling real estate brokers to deliver better services and ensure the implementation of laws and regulations related to safeguarding the rights of all rental process parties.
