Within the workshops organized by the "Ejar" program across all regions of the Kingdom to enable real estate brokers to use the Ejar electronic network, a workshop on the "Ejar Electronic Network" was held on 5 Jumada Al-Akhirah 1439 AH, corresponding to 21 March 2018, at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry headquarters in Abha.

The workshop aimed to empower real estate brokers and those interested in the Ejar program to familiarize themselves with the "Ejar" electronic network, its usage methods, and how to benefit from attendees' input on the network's advantages, which serve all rental process parties: the tenant, the lessor, and the real estate broker. It also clarified the advantages offered by the unified rental contract, which guarantees the rights of all parties, is treated as an executive instrument to facilitate the swift resolution of potential disputes, and explained how it is documented within the electronic network.  Additionally, the workshop highlighted other numerous benefits offered by the program, including arbitration in maintenance costs and providing electronic payment options—key features that encourage investment in housing construction and help achieve fair prices in the real estate rental sector.

"Ejar" program had previously launched the "Real Estate Brokers" application, one of its services designed to connect rental process parties, enabling both tenants and lessors to locate the nearest accredited real estate broker within the Ejar network. The network also allows accrediting any new real estate broker through simplified registration steps on the Ejar electronic website, which concludes with the broker receiving an electronic accreditation certificate, provided they meet essential real estate brokerage requirements, including holding a commercial registration for engaging in real estate rental activities.

This workshop is part of a series of workshops conducted across all Kingdom regions, primarily focusing on the three major regions—Central, Western, and Eastern—to ensure full utilization of the network's advantages and optimal application.
