The Rental Behavior Index is a regulatory tool designed to enhance transparency and strengthen trust within the rental market.

It provides a report that reflects a tenant’s rental behaviors throughout their interactions on the Ejar network.

The index offers a comprehensive overview of the tenant’s rental journey and supports all parties in making leasing decisions based on accurate and reliable data.

For Tenant:

1.Log in to Ejar .

2.From the main menu, select Rental Behavior and then click Inquiry

3.Request a new report.

4.A confirmation message will appear once the report is issued.

5.Download the report and review your rental behavior details.

For Landlord & Brockers:

1.Log in to Ejar.

2.From the main menu, select Rental Behavior and then click Inquiry.

3.Enter the data of the party being inquired about (Individual / Establishment).

4.Review the request summary.

5.Send the request to the inquired party for approval or rejection.

- The existence of previous contracts on the "Ejar" platform.

The score is calculated based on five main categories that reflect tenant reliability. Each category is linked to a clear formula, and the final score is calculated as a weighted sum of these categories, ensuring a balanced, transparent, and fair evaluation.
