This service enables parties involved in the rental process to document the condition of the residential unit associated with the contract documented in Ejar during both handover and delivery stages. Security Deposit Reservation:
When a rental contract is documented, the tenant’s security deposit amount is automatically reserved in their Ejar wallet. Upon contract termination or cancellation, the agreed-upon handover form signed by both parties is used to determine refunds, and any due amounts are returned automatically as available credit in their electronic wallets.

The Rental Index feature allows users to view price ranges, average rental values, and the total number of documented rental contracts within the Ejar network. The price range is based on calculations of the upper and lower limits of the most common rental prices, categorized by unit type.
