FAQ

The financial amount for the automatic renewal of the contract must be paid by the lessor before entering the 60-day period prior to the contract's expiration.

  • If there is a balance in the wallet, the financial amount will be automatically deducted when the contract enters the 60-day period before expiration.
  • If there is insufficient balance, the wallet must be recharged by following these steps: 
  1. The lessor logs into their account on the Ejar network.
  2. Go to Account Management and select Wallet.
  3. Click on Recharge Your Wallet.
  4. Choose the appropriate package or enter the amount, then click Next.
  5. Select one of the available payment methods (SADAD / Mada).
  6. The wallet is successfully recharged.
  7. The financial amount will be automatically deducted when the contract enters the 60-day period before expiration.

You can renew the contract through the Lessor – Tenant – Real Estate Broker.
